Payments for summer intensive courses must be paid in full by orientation.
Payments for semester courses may be made in either one or two installments. If parents choose to pay in a single installment, the full tuition is due by orientation. If parents choose to pay in two installments, payment #1 is due by orientation; payment #2 is due within 60 days. Please note that students may not begin their courses until payment has been made. I will give extra time for checks that are in the mail by the course start date.
I accept personal checks, cashier's checks, cash (if you are local), and credit cards through Square. Your invoice will provide payment instructions and due dates.
Refund policy:
If you need to withdraw your student from a course for any reason, pro-rated refunds are available through week 1 of each course. Exceptions will be made if technical difficulties prevent your student from participating in a class more than twice. In that case, a pro-rated refund will be given at the requested time.
